my game performace sucks
my game is very laggy it is always at 15 fps or 20,
my specs:
processor: Intel core 2 quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
ram: 4gb
graphics card: GeForce GT 610
system: windows 7 64 bits

Yep me also, between 30-40 FPS

Noted that Witcher 3 got like 70FPS

Yep, as above your graphic card is way below the minimum for this game. You need a faster one.

I have the same setup with 8gb of ram, no issues. Are you running with ubersampling on? That feature can cause titans to ground to a halt.

i have a q6600 running at 3.2 ghz, an hd 6970, 8gb ddr3 1333mhz rams, and everything is on ultra except ubersampling, and i have no problem running the game on 1080p.The fps is between 45-60. Your graphics card is too low for this game, and any other games, i suggest you to upgrade your system.

GeForce GT 610, you need to upgrade that. 660 760 960 or higher.

or go 2nd hand you can pick up some really fast older generation cards for around $50-$60, the only thing you may need to watch for is a lot of the older generation stuff are quite power heavy, so make sure your supply is up to it.
