Application Witcher 2 has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware

Who knows how to fix "Application witcher 2 has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" error? I have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti. Drivers are updated. This happens only for Witcher and Witcher 2.

I don't know exactly but probably re-plugging of graphics card helped me

First 4 hours I spent only for tutorial) I couldn't beat it because game was crashing. I tried a lot of different things to beat that error.

also try running the game from the game folder and not thru stream (might be a steam problem).
