Holding down "x" and LT on xbox controller won't work

I just downloaded this game overnight and this morning i go to play and all controls work fine except the "x" and LT buttons. I dont have any controller emulators now, but had motionjoy before. Is there a fix for this, or will it be covered in another patch? I noticed others having said they had problems, but no solution was found. Thanks for any help in advance

Play it on Xbox or learn to use keyboard and mouse. Only surefire fix I know of.

It's wired. and yes i did google it and i couldnt seem to find anything except others having the same problem. It turns out that the buttons wont "hold" for in game functions. like picking up stuff.

so you cant bind keys for the controller? or there is nothing associated with those keys?

I play this game on a high-end PC with an Xbox One wired controller and on a high-end gaming laptop with a wireless Xbox 360 controller. So, it's NOT the game. Sorry, I have no solutions OTHER than to remove motion joy because it may be interfering with the Xinput Xbox controllers use.
