Finally, but too bad there's no fixes for the netcode. It'll be nice to practice on my PC when the TV's taken, at least.

imo the netcode isnt as bad as it used to be.. just imo. i hardly see any teleporting anymore, although i usually play with people in the US with 3 bars.

and good to see the pc finally getting the new patch.

It was GFWL fault that the patch got delayed so much. But now that capcom started using STEAMWORKS we dont have such problems. DMC pc version got all DLC and patches at the same day that console versions got them. RE6 PC that also uses steamworks has got lot of patches already.All of capcom future pc versions will use STEAMWORKS FROM NOW ON and because of that we will not have to deal with delays of patches and updates.

Ill believe it when I see it. Also great to hear that Capcom is finally jumping ship to Steamworks. Why on earth did anyone decide to use Live to begin with?

Does that mean when PC sf4 gets the 2013 update we will have it same time as console? cuz i sold my xbox as the only game i owned was sf

Online play is via GFWL servers anyway. I have non-Steam SF4, whether you have Steam version of not is irrelevant to playing online.
