People looking to buy this for pc, DON'T!

I'm not here to tell you that the game is garbage or a waste of money and rage because I can't win like some other people do on these forums. The reason I'm telling you not to buy the game is because THE GAMES ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY WILL BE SHUTTING DOWN JULY FIRST, you are only going to get a couple months of play before it shuts down then the game will be useless because who would actually play a fighting game for single player. The game though, is amazing, I highly recommend buying it for Xbox 360 or PS3 if you have one.

between playing the computer and some random peoples I don't know ... I never saw much difference ... and the game will still have at least local multiplayers for anyone who have some friends and at least two gamepad to plug into their computer.

The game has also been dead on PC for quite a long time. Very rarely I'll find a match maybe once an hour on a "busy" night like friday or saturday. Not any luck tonight though. I can say 360 version has much more people on it. I never had trouble finding a match any time of day. I think PS3 version is just as active, but I cannot confirm.
