Street fighter x tekken crashes

Hey i have bought Street fighter x Tekken and i just installed it and the game dont work it just keep an black screen and frozen, i have entery on many forums with people that have same problem and they dont have an solution,so please accept my request so can i contact someone to help me fixing game or getting money back,i payed 4 Team Fortress 2 mann co keys for the game so is there a way to get the game fixed or my keys back please,also i cannot enter to steam support page cause i enter login with correct information and the captcha keeps getting from so please help me.
