"Lagging"

Dunno what's wrong, but since yesterday whenever I play and I got another Ship near me, the game gets laggy for about 4 seconds where nothing happens, and suddenly everythings loads right after with the ships flying through crazily etc.

Piloting that way is near impossible when you are circling someone and so on...

So wtf is this?
Problem is I can't describe it, and my PC can handle the game very well, so this isn't smthg necessesary.

In-game, press the the ~ button under escape, and you'll find a "debug" menu (or something) where you can see your ping. It would be good if you could check this out while playing, and then e-mail the issue, your results and your client log (http://gunsoficarus.com/faq/#30) to "[e-mail]"

Lowest fps-rate probably was 17 with a usual of 50.
Ping was always fine.
