YES / NO confirmation on the exit button
First off, hands down to MUSE, this is one of the best features implemented in Guns of Icarus in a while. I can't count the times I exited the games by mistake because of clicking the wrong button.

I'm a bit concerned though... In all programs ever created (take this with a grain of salt), the "Yes" button is on the left side and the "No" button on the right. I always thought this is a law of nature, and in order to bypass it you had to conjure some real black magic. So basically, I just wanted to ask if your devs are doing okay and whether their firstborns are still alive.

TL;DR: Usually "Yes" is left in a dialog field, force of habit had a friend try to exit the game 3 times before realizing what was going on.

Just wanted to ask whether it was some intentional design choice to trap players to play forever (which would be really cool.), or maybe an oversight or nobody thought about it or something like this. It actually irritates me quite a bit.

As always, great game, and take care everyone!

Actually, update: Just fixed it. But it won't be reflected yet in game, not until we release the next update patch. But it's fixed. Thanks!

Would also be nice if you had to confirm Yes/No, when joining a running game
Dont know how many times I and other people joined a running game without knowing it was already in progress and having a wrong class
something like "youre joining the game as... are you sure you want to procede?"

Running games should be green and if I join them I am in the lobby, but not allready on a ship, so I can check the loadouts and crews on each ship, before I join one. But a warning would be nice, if the game allready started it´s countdown. Joining a lobby with 2 seconds remaining before the match starts, is really annoying.
But if you want to change something you can leave the game, select other items and classes and rejoin with your new one. And the best part, it doesn´t count as leave.

No not always, Windows usually has the 'OK' on the left, Mac usually has 'OK' on the right and Linux can be all manner of configurations depending on your desktop manager and the options you supply it. I say usually because there are bound to be exceptions. A consistent UI layout is more important than whether a specific button is on the left or the right hand side. So just make sure these 'Yes' and 'No' buttons are consistent with all the other dialogs in the game (e.g. confirming shop purchase, confirming dye application).

More important than the position of the buttons I think instead of 'Yes'/'No' or 'OK'/'Cancel' you should use verbs describing the action you will be performing e.g. instead of 'Yes' it could be 'Close' or 'Exit Game' and 'No' can be 'Cancel', 'Go Back' or 'Return to Game'. By using verbs you are not forcing the user to read the whole question each time as the action of the button labeled 'Exit Game' is more obvious than one labeled 'Yes'.
