Disconnects Randomly Mac
When I am playing it suddenly closes the game, takes me to my desktop and I see that Steam has also closed.

I have:
Reinstalled Seteam
Done everything the troubleshooting thread says.

I do not know where my log is, I go to consile and then cannot find Unity

Thanks, I am upset because I cannot play :(

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.
Have you tried verifying your game through Steam?

Also is there anything consistent when you experience the crash? Such as middle of a fight or when voice options are used?

Also what are the specs of your machine?

Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000
Serial Number C1MKM2JUDTY4
Software OS X 10.9.4 (13E28)

It crashes in lobby sometimes and sometimes in middle of a game

I've also had the same problems, to be specific when I boot up the game everything is fine. I can go into practice mode and play the tutorials and everything, but as soon as I go into a lobby I find myself disconnecting and steam closes as well. I was only able to play one game when I started. I've tried all the trouble shooting options but it doesn't seem to work. I hope this issue can be fixed soon.

Hey, i have the same issue since this morning, I played yesterday without no problem for about 2 hours and more. Today, the game crashes 4-5 minutes after i'm in a game. It closes steam as well, when i reboot steam, the client is updating. And each time i launch the game it demands me to give access to steam overlay ( which i did) but it seems the game can't recognize it.

(Sorry for my bad english, i hope you can understand what i'm saying)

Can you try it with the beta Steam client? It should be at: Settings/Account/Beta_participation/Change/Steam Beta Update.

Hey Guys,

I need some logs to confirm our suspicions of the new steam update and we can figure out our next step. Send them to feedback@musegames.com
On a Mac, open the Console app in your Utilities folder. Find Unity on the side panel (it’ll be under ~/Library/Logs if it’s not expanded), and the file we need is player.log.


Since you guys are having to deal with this frustration. In your email with the log you can request any item from the in-game store and I'll grab you a code for it.

I'm really sorry again guys, we'll try our best to get you back in the skies asap!

I sent my player log to you's lot :) (EDIT : When the game works it perfectly works. But when waiting in the lobby before the last 3 seconds of waiting then it crashes and shuts down steam.)
