How do I explain this one? Well, first off, there's alcohol and robots, but no porn to speak of. The game starts off fairly easy, but it quickly gets harder and harder, becoming as challenging as you'd expect a first-person bullet hell game to be. The visuals and soundtrack are excellent, the controls are solid, and the battles are simple but very adrenalin-pumping.
Long story short, you're an unlucky bar owner who happened to end up giving his robot bartender sentience, causing him to go on a rampage, burn down your bar, and destroy the city. Oh, and he ganked your other robots. So now you're travelling the city with the help of Suit, an uplifted starfish connected to...well, your suit (as all robotics have gone rogue), and you're going around destroying drones, blasting apart huge Titans piece by piece, and collecting martinis and cocktail mixers along the way. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of serious plot, just quirky details and comical moments all 'round.
As far as what you have, all you get is your jetpack and your gun. You can pick up things to power those things up, though you can also get things like the Smart Bomb, invulnerability, or even a rainbow-hued death ray from the sky.
Finally, the game has two deep and open-ended editors, one for building your own giant robots and one for building maps to put those awesome monstrosities in (or not). There's enough creativity in the Workshop to make looking around worth the trouble.
Potential turn-offs for some people include the crazy difficulty (which can be mitigated somewhat by the game's own Easy difficulty), the style of humor used, the fact that gameplay tends to stick to a certain formula, and the lack of actual porn. None of those bother me, though.
Overall, if you enjoy bullet hell, first-person shooters, and/or giant robots, you should look into this game.
