Shivas test
So I assume that Shivas first test is broken like many other things in this game, i.e. it cannot be done? After destroying the first fuse box, I'm stuck in the area and can't get out.

Never mind, I just noticed you have to use the rope to get out. Any sane person would try to pull themselves up.

Don't you go through the broken railing or around to the side? I can't remember it perfectly but I did it with no problems.

edit: thought you meant after the guy was saved - i had a problem where his convo wouldn't trigger so i was locked inside the building...

yeah i had to replay it and it worked the second time. the problem is i couldn't trigger the convo with the guy i saved. the door unlocks after that.

I'm not sure really, I don't remember how she appeared for me. Maybe you need to collect more enigma stuff, or something? It could be that the game has bugged out on you.

After leaving one of the story missions, you'll come across a baby carriage with baby cries coming from it. It's right outside of the door if I remember correctly. If you inspect the carriage, you'll trigger Shiva's tests.

I just ran into it after leaving the bank mission. The carriage was out the main doors and past one enemy encounter.

I`m having the same problem, ill try replaying it to see if it triggers the guys conversation, thanks!
