Problems with the cutscenes
I've been playing for a couple of hours and all of the cutscenes are very laggy. The video is lagged at least 5 seconds behind the sound. Does anyone know of a way to lower the cutscene quality or fix the lag?

There are no other fixes. The problem is likely due to a codec conflict. try removing/removing reinstalling any codec packs you have installed.

Its not codec. Its DX11 related. If you tweak the bmengine file to force dx11 off and 10 on, then you'll see the fmvs become smooth as butter.

that mean Batman™: Arkham Origins not support directx11 or developers don't know how to program games

I just finished the game playing on DX11 and didnt experience what you encountered, the lip syncing and sound to video was spot on. I dont have any additional codecs installed, and had all graphics options turned on except physX for my old GTX560TI.
