 I know I may not be able to run on very high but will it run on the lowest with no problems at all. Like screen/camera skipping or anything like that?

You can, but with lower resolution and settings i mostly play at 1024x768 on a C2D 2.66ghz, 4 GB 1333mhz and 256mb VRAM GeForce 9400
