Make sure to read the tutorial, because when I first started I was confused as well but once you learn it it's not difficult at all.
I really want to like this game but I'm beginning to think this game doesn't like me!!!:)
Good luck, I hope you can finally enjoy this awesome game; the first hour can be confusing and boring, but once you start unlocking combat moves and go deeper on the story it becomes really addictive.
They really should patch this game to fix it.
Being more patient with the fighting does seem to work.
Also turning on adaptive vsync seem to work. Virtu MVP didn't seem to work with this game because cutsense were very jerky.
