Missing Eternal Fire Signet?

So I'm on the quest in the begining where you need to show the Reverend's ring to a bunch of people to gain their trust. I HAD the ring for the first part, never unequipped the ring, but last night I stood right in front of Odo, showed him the ring, then said "Whatever, time for bed" and quit (I saved before I talked to him)

Now suddenly, the ring is gone. It worked 5 seconds after the save, but now it's just poofed from my inventory. I've checked everywhere and it isnt on the ground anywhere, and I know I never sold it to anyone.

Weird not sure, but Theres a Old Woman in the Village that will give you one if ya give her a swallow pot I believe. Or reload from a prev save

No way man,i already make white gull in order to give it to her and she take it,after she take it she thanks me and gave me the eternal fire ring as a give from her.And after that i instantly open my inventory,but still the ring of eternal fire is not on my inventory.
I think the only way to solve this is reinstall the game,and load ur save file when you still haven't met the pastor or whatever the ♥♥♥♥ his name yet.And before u meet him u should gave space to ur inventory.FYI my method is work,atleast for me.
i know this discussions is posted 8 years ago,but i still reply on this discussions in case someone playing in 2021 and he having a similar bug as mine.

i came to the woman but all she said was complaining 'bout her dead cow,i tried some prev saves but had the same results,how can i solve this prob ?

That old woman actually exist, its near yellow dress woman, the house with downward road, its called beggar and usuallt do laundy, yeah at first she didnt accept white gull. but when i start giving all old woman i meet some food and tell stories until they talk"i already talk what i know", then next time you meet the beggar she will talk about her dead grandson and asking for white gull.
i also answer this cause i just play this game this year and want help other, cause other advice not mention this, it take me days to figured it out
