asking about the game from both fronts concidering buying
im an active rpg player and hearing alot of mixed reviews on the game, i loved mass effect series and dragons age origins, is this game anything like them, i have heard alot of referances to the combat style being close to dragons age aswell as the dialog system, but is it set charaters like the witche? or can you create your own from scratch? graphics based im not too fussed as some of the worst graphics have the best storylines and game play and viser versa.
controles whats better controler or keybord?

It looks like a Dragon Age game done on a shoestring budget, but it gets most of the things right. It's consistent with the ASOIAF lore, its plot is rather good (although GRRM has no part in this), and overall, it's better than most of the tie-in games.
As for the characters, there are two of them (a Night Watch ranger and a petty southron lord converted to the faith of R'hllor), both are customizable within strict limits at the start (the ranger is more of a melee fighter, the noble is a rogue/mage/priest combo), and each one follows his separate plot line up to a moment that is set pretty far into the game.
Speaking about the controls, I am definitely for the mouse/keyboard, but I'm a PC man after all, so I don't really know.

It tottaly worth 4$, even more it's a low price for a game with such a great story. But cant say that gameplay was nice. Still, i think that story is enough, since currently games are not very good at that, and i cant remember any game that was as good as GoT in that parameter. BTW, i've read all the books and watched the TV Show, and i can say that the game story is my favorite for sure. Probably i've liked it even more then Fury of the Swords or Dancing with Dragons. It's even hard to believe that game's story was written by someone else, except Martin.. As i know he just helped the team.

just bought it myself, I've never seen the tv series or the books. For the price I thought , what the heck.

1. I'm not a fan of this combat style at all. The more I play it , it is "ok".

2. I'm enjoying the story, but not enthralled as others seem to be.

3. definitely worth the price.

Just curious: Why did you want to play a game, that's based on the world of a book (and some kind of a tv-series as they implemented some of the actors) when you know nothing about it?
Would never come to my mind, so I ask :)
