Can not start game
Downloaded the full bundle, installed it, and now it crashes during the opening credits. Just the generic windows "has stopped working and will now closed message."

Running:

Windows 8
intel core i7-3600QM @ 2.40Ghz
12.0GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M

Any known issues?

I've had that, too. I've solved it this way:
1. Deleted the game, already downloaded installer and all connected files (in My Docs Folder).
2. Downloaded the game and installed it.
3. Updated the game via Steam to get all the DLCs.
4. Checked the compatibility thing with the game .exe, it should be set to Win7 + 'Start with administrator rights'.

Thanks. I deleted/reistalled it, and it seems to be working. Only in windowed mode though (?)

Also, I bought it through the bundle which is supposed to be all DLC, but doesn't seem to be the dog or weapons DLC installed (?)

Appreciate the help.

Can't say much about the 'windowed-only' moe working. Try to switch on the compatibility features of the game .exe to Windows XP and run it as an administrator. May solve the problem as some guys told me.

DLCs aren't included to the game if you buy it with a bundle. Not a great deal, though, because the only one that counts is 'Beyond the Wall' DLC. Everything other doesn't worth the money I've spent to get it.
