Reboot Steam to play

I got a problem with repeated launches of GoT. It shows steam's "prepare to launch" and then just closes. No application running, crash logs, so I can't say is it a crash or what. Simple restarting of Steam makes launch possible, but the next attempt is failing again.
Atm, I had to restart Steam everytime I want to play. That's not terrible, but quite annoying.
