So if you are actually color blind...
I should avoid the game? As a corollary, I can't play Audiosurf (other than mono) because I can't differentiate the color fast enough.

Colour Bind comes with a full set of options for people who are color blind. You can set patterns for each color and change intensity of each color in the options menu. As for the speed to recognize the color, the Colour Bind is more about thinking ahead and planning how you are going to solve the puzzle so you should be ok.

I recommend looking at this article here:

The developer of the game wrote it about the ways he tried to adapt the game for colour blind people... There are some screenshots that may help you decide if you will be able to play or not...

Also, here is a review by Able Gamers, that rates the accessibility of the game http://www.ablegamers.com/PC/colour-bind-pc.html

I was just wondering about this! :-D How cruel would it be to name a game "Color Blind" but if it couldn't actually be played by color blind people!

just a heads up, it's color BIND not blind, otherwise I love when a developer takes that extra step and makes their game more accessible. I will most likely pick this game up for that reason alone.

You just blew my mind haha.... Totally didn't realize it was "Bind" until now. I'm color blind so everytime I saw an ad for this game I was thinking "oh well probably too hard for me" haha.
