Lunar Flight
Can't assign my joystick's buttons after the last update
Hey everyone.

When I bought the game, a while ago now, I had no problem assigning my Saitek X-52 axis and buttons (at least a good part of it).

But now, with the new option menu controller, I can only assign axis, no button at all.

Is there a way to configure axis and buttons in-game that I have missed?

Regards

That's very strange your buttons should have no problem being detected. In fact it should be more compatible. I'd need to find someone else with an x52 to see if they have the same problem to know if it is a unique issue with that hardware. But if its a Direct Input device there should be no reason why the buttons are not being detected.

Hey

I have uninstall and re-install Lunar Flight, and minused the "InputData" file, I'll check on later if I can do something with that.

I'm currently setting up my Thrustmaster HOTAS X, and had no problems with the buttons - the joystick, however, was giving me fits. I reset the controller assignments in the game, and it seems to be working now. I just have to finish deciding which of the game controls to map to each of the 16 buttons and 10 axis...

I had someone else test their X52 and they had no problems with their buttons. Have you had any luck with it since?

Hey,

Just tryed again, nothing works, even by deleting my InputData, Replays and ProfileData...

Same problem, most of the axis works, some buttons (Modes lights, MFD ones) works but none on my joystick - which are the ones I want to use. Even the higher POV isn't recognized.

Seriously, I miss floating above The Moon.

Regards

And Happy New Year by the way :)

You really shouldnt need to delete any files. Does you joystick report ok in the Windows Calibration tool?

Well I just checked onto Windows controllers, everything works fine onto the calibration tool.
Haven't find a way to make it works again on Lunar Flight.
