How do i install the Restored content mod?

I've played the game countless times on the original xbox, and now that i know about the restored content, i wanted to get the PC version. I downloaded the RC mod, and i dont know how to instal it to this version of TSL.

Run the installer, point it to where KOTOR2 is installed, done.

i jsut did this and there are no changes i put it in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II

You need to run the installer and point it there. Also, I believe that auto update for TSL needs to be turned off or steam will overwrite it. Hope this helps.

I was looking around in \Knights of the Old Republic and there are no obvious changes to any of the files after install. When you open the game does it say on the start screen "The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod v1.8.2"? If it does then your installation worked. If not, then I am not sure what is going wrong as everything went smoothly for me. In desperate times, google is your friend I guess.
