You would have to read up on that one. The retail version's hardware detector tells me my NVidia drivers are out of date. I ould honestly wait for the game to go on sale, since there is a high risk of it not working.

I recently played and completed KotOR on a 64bit Windows 7 computer and started playing KotOR 2 on the same computer. Though, the 1920x1080 resolution requires some 3rd party mods or tampering with game files. Your best bet is searching through these forums or google. Good luck.
(I chose to play on 1600x1200 resolution, which is the maximum supported by the games own settings)
