It wont start up PERIOD!

When I attempt to launch it wont even open. What do i do? I have it fully downloaded...

Okay, First thing to do is to verify the cache through Steam.

Second, what is you CPU? GPU?

I seem to have the same problem actually and I was wondering what would you do in this situation I have a windows 7 and yes I have verified my cache through steam

I tried the graphics card update and sadly I have none, but I am looking at other suggestions found on google, but they all seem to have failed so far...I am open to any more suggestions though

no Turning off movies doesn't work and neither does making it windowed

I have A old XP For these Types of games. Paraworld,Star wars Knights of the old Republic. Etc Etc.
