small menus

ok just bought the game and just installed it and started it up and the main menu is really small and on the left top corner but i still have to click in the normal spots to select options so i have to drag the mouse around intell what ever i wanna select lights up like options now options looks fines and likes it supposed to but i click on new game and everything is out of place anyone know how to fix this

also im running an old computer for now thats running xp and what not its good enough to play the game just an old computer cause im slummin it till i get my good computer back but this thing can run it fine even on high quality

oh also i downloaded mod yeah it didnt do ♥♥♥♥ to help just incase some one says download it
