Where did you install it? Also, do you have TSLRCM or any other mods installed through workshop?
If you have TSLRCM installed from Workshop then you have to point TSLPatcher to TSLRCM's workshop folder, not the main game folder.
Yup. Point the installer to "\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\208580\485537937" rather than game folder (as I suppose readme stated).
Think i'm going to give up playing as bastila it just isn't happeneing
EDIT
Reinstalled the game and this mod and it works
but does anyone know what appearance it is the game is using for Bastila? i want to change my existing save, and after making a new game with a test save as Bastila (so i'd be able to compare save files, curently the Kotor Save editor has the Bastila save down, with a blank apearance! Is it sourcing its appearances from the main kotor file when the appearance is held in the TSLRCM file and that is why i cannot see it?
2nd EDIT
Fixed it so if anyone is interested
The KSE is relying on the appearance, heads and portrait files from this mod that are in the workshop TSLRCM folder, so i moved up the same files located in the normal KOTRO 2 overide folder to a safe location and replaced them with the corresponding ones from the TSLRCM folder, and for safe measure pasted in the bastila.tga files from this mod.
When iopened the KSE then, it showed the model that was used correctly "P_Fem_E_Med_77" in my case, i altered my existing save to this, and the ccoresponding Po_Bastila portrait and updated the save.
Then removed the files i'd changed from the main overide folder and restored the originals i'd moved earlier et voila it works
I was going to install the mass efect style underwear, but i'm more than a little fearful i'll screw this up now, so it can stay as is, you're only ever in them when fighting the handmaiden and a few other situations
Or, you know, just empty out the override folder in the game's main folder, since (as has been pointed out in other threads) putting stuff there when also using Workshop mods causes issues. If you're using TSLRCM/M4-78, do your installs to their folders, DO NOT also install to the main game folder.

You're pressing the ` / ~ key (no shift, and remember that the cheat console does not show on screen)...
You're entering the code exactly (IIRC, the console closes as soon as you enter an incorrect key) and pressing Enter when done...?
