F1 2012 Users Manual?

I am trying to find out where the Users Manual is for F1 2012 with the Steam D/L of the game?

I am looking to see where in the game you can make changes to the setup of the car, not that Useless Quick Setup, but where you can actually change all the parts of the car, Wing, Gears, Camber etc....

Any help GREATLY appreciated.

I don't know about the user manual but you can adjust setup by accessing the gear icon in the TV screen during race weekends.

You can make changes to the car without using the quick setup when you are in the garage and view your "monitor". Depending on the mode you are playing, there might be some things disabled.
