No 1440x900 Resolution setting?
So there is no 1440x900 setting anywhere and when i change it in the configs it reverts back to default.....so great i can't play, what genuis thought it was a good idea to leave a very common res setting this is the first game iv played with no option for that setting....$44 bucks down the drain.

Yeah it's a ♥♥♥♥♥ of a problem to have I'm honestly thinking of going for a refund.

cant you play in any other resolution?? i can play the demo in 1440x900 and 1680x1050 without any problems ^^
does this game support multimonitoring?

@Tanning: The full game doesn't support anything higher than 1600x900 unfortunately. I'm pretty annoyed myself since I'm running 1680x1050. Effectively any other resolution cuts off parts of the screen!

Well, sent a tweet to the Formula 1 game twitter and they've said they've reported the issue to the development team. Hopefully this will mean it gets some support in the first patch!

Thanks for all your input regarding this issue guys hopefully we will see something done about this and I'm sure it's something that can be fixed in a simple patch, fingers crossed.

Beginning to think this is a bug since quite a few people are reporting different resolutions they can select up to. Hopefully it's something Codemasters will fix in the first patch.

My screen is a 1440x900 and F1 2012 is matching it fine... That sounds like a strange issue to be having...

It could hardware releated then as many have said everyone is having mixed problems.

well, if you manually change you're resolutions in Documents<My Games<FormulaOne2012<Hardware settings<Config, it will not apply this setting and it'll revert back to previous resolution. But hey, we all know Codies will have it fixed by 2013 ;)

I have from 800x600 to 5760x1080 and im playing on the this high resolution with no problem :D on triple monitor :))))

When you connect laptop to external monitor (tv) via HDMI cable the resolution menu is active.
Then when you disconected you can play with high resolution (1920x1080). But when you quit the game and stert again later on the problem back and is only 800x600

First thing i did, it over rights it and returns to default this was already disscused. A patch is all that is needed but thanks for trying.
