Report a translation problem
After several days of writing with support i finally get this one message:
"Thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps and I am sorry to hear you are still having issues. I also want to apologise for the time it has taken to respond and thank you for confirming your search results from the forums.
I have looked on your account and I can see the online functionality of the code you have activated on your account has been revoked. In order to investigate the issue with your code further, can you please provide proof of purchase for the game (receipt or order invoice) and a image of the code how you received it? (leaflet from game box)
Also if you would like us to manually give you the Uplay actions, can you please provide me with a screenshot showing your progress in the game?
