Is this game better... no... is this game close to Ultima VII by quality/fun/epicness whatever?

No this is in the Baldurs Gate Area. Free Running Around till Combat. Combat is Round Based. Every Spiderweb RPG (Avernum, Gene Forge, Pit & Black Fortress) are very well written Fantasy Storys with tense Combat and a lot of Exploration. I Recommend them all.

In animation quality? No this game has crap animations
In writing and storytelling? Close, definitley buy it on that bases

Agreed. You are getting Ultima 6 style animation with better static art and better storytelling.
