Game crashes on start up - Checksum failure!

The game loads up and after the ID logo screen crashes and error appears on a small blue screen.

The system is Dell XPS 730X i7 920 with 12GB Ram & 2 x GTX 285 running in SLI configuration. OS Windows 7 64 Bit.

Drivers are all up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled display drivers but it didn't make any difference.

Any help would be much appreciated

Corrupted game data. Run chkdsk on your HDD, then verify cache integrity with Steam.

Thank you. Reinstalled the game and it works fine now.
