DOOM II: Superior Firepower Achievment did not unlock!!! WTF???

I just spend like 32 hours playing both Doom 1 and Doom 2 on Ultra -Violence to get this achievment. And it did not unlock? I got all the other Doom 1 and 2 achievments thou. Am I missing any secret levels??

did not finish any secret levels in both Doom 1 and 2 and got both ultra-violent achievements. try to reload final level and finish it again, may be it will help.

I did the secret levels too, but afterwards. Althou they say in the achievment info that you don't need to play the secret levels. ill replay both final levels, but I am really bummed out. 32 hours and the achievment didnt pop
