Stereogram 3d bad for your eyes?
I just found out about the ghetto 3D mode that they have in options (side by side means you cross your vision to see a third image in the middle that is stereoscopic). Is there any health issues I can have from using this mode and what options should I pick?

SBS mode is actually intended for certain displays (like mine) which can change two images side by side into an interlaced 3D image viewable with glasses comfortably.

Ahh I see. That makes way more sense.

Once you're using proper 3D glasses/monitor and gaming as per usual, standard fitness/health guidelines apply. eg: take a break regularly, try staring at objects in the far distance to relax your eyes, etc.
