Gray screen, help me!!!/Tela cinza me ajudem!!!

Toda vez que abro o jogo no meu notebook aparece uma tela cinza e segundos depois surge uma mensagem dizendo que o jogo parou de funcionar e fecha. Como concerto isso? Quero jogar o quanto antes possível.

Every time I open the game in my notebook appears a gray screen and seconds later a message appears saying that the game has stopped working and closes. How do I fix this? I want to play as soon as possible.

try this.... go to desktop... left click.... Control Panel of your video card.... then there has to be a 3D Configuration... select Control 3D Configuration and where it says Global Settings change where is says Preferred graphics processor change to the best one you see..... and that should do it... i dont know if this happens to fix all the problems but is a different solution
