Glitch within game

I recently had a glitch where all the screens on the various consoles and lockers are blank (like fuzzy TV). I cannot read any of them which has me stuck in one level and I can't get out. My flash light also has a white blank area on the left of each view when I turn it on. Does anyone know what causes these glitches and how to fix them?

Obviously issues he is talking about are graphics related :)

This problem started on it's own. I loaded Doom 3 twice and each time it is the same issue. All the other features of the game work fine, just the screens on the various terminals and storage lockers are all fuzzy. I will try to find another driver from my video card, but I think I already have the latest one.
