But the originals you can buy either seperate or packs, they can offer you more choices and options than the BFG Edition. Like if you want to play the MODs, go for the Original. If you want to have more control adjustments and coloring effects (Even real 3D Models for the Classics), go for the originals.

I also recommend you try the source ports of DOOM for the classics. Some of them offers you coloring effects, some with real 3D Models, some with more adjustments, and some with real Online Multiplayer.

All it takes is to use the IWAD from the data files of the originals; DOOM.WAD, DOOM2.WAD, etc.
It's up to you; BFG Edition for Achievements, or the Originals for more games, mods, and other options.
