Makes me miss the days of Skulltag & some of the most insane mods out there for Doom 1, 2, Wolfenstein, Hexen, DukeNukem & any other game that shared the Id engine back in the day.

Since no one really answered your question...Yes, you can launch DOOM and DOOM II once you have started DOOM 3 BFG. SImply press the Escape Key at the title screen and a menu will come up allowing you to select the other two.
