DOOM 3 BFG EDITION WHITE SCREEN

At first when i just bought it, the game was crashing every time.

After I changed the XP to 2 the crashes stopped but a new problem came out.

Every time I run the game the only thing that I can see is white screen.

I can hear the game running in the background but I can't see anything.

Help?
