Doom 3 vs Doom 3 BFG
After buying doom 3 bfg, does it replace the original doom 3 or do i have an additional game to doom 3?

And if i have played through doom 3 and the expansion with mods, is it worth it for the extra "lost levels" ?

Is there really an autosave feature? This really turns me off games,

Any answers are much appreciated.

Additional game. It is a completely separate installation.

The Lost Levels lasts about 1-2 hours. I enjoyed it but it doesn't really add anything new. Doom 2 also gets a new 9 level expansion previously only available on the 360 called 'No Rest for the Living' adding another 1-2 hours. I bought the game just for this content and I'd say its worth about $5. I'm a huge id fan though so ymmv.

Autosave can be disabled in the options and you can rely on the quicksave feature.
