Crash shortly after loading

Every time we load a game, it crashes shortly afterwards, but not exactly in the same situations. Either I get the message "An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary ..." and the game hangs or I get the information that I just left the game. Has anybody a clue what we can do about it?

nope i got the same thing game just freezes right after menu pops up
