Multiplayer Issues

Who else has issues playing multiplayer and has any thoughts on what this may cause?
For us after 1-2 hours of gameplay when the client gets attack or tries to attack and the battle tactics selection window appears nothing can be selected because when trying to move the mouse cursor over this pop-up window the window disappears. Sometimes it seemed to be possible to click fast enough on a tactic, but than a debugging window appears (copy paste function would be nice!).
When trying to load the autosave or saving and loading the error re-occurs 100% (save game broken). Error occurs only on the client.
Any suggestions anyone?

My friend and i are having a lot of problems with multiplayer, the game keeps going out of sync a lot, half the time i dont actually know what is going on
