Unable to play, error 300
Hi, I have a problem with matchmaking. Every time I start searching for matches, an error appears after some time. It says I've lost connection to the server and to check my Internet connection. Did so and it's ok, turning off my security software didn't help. Have you guys any advice? I'd like to play the game, even pratice matches didn't work. I've also submitted a bug report.

Next time this happens, please send an F7 report, then follow it with an e-mail to support@loadout.com.

The usual suspects are anything that could compromise your connection:
1) If you are running on a wireless connection, try wired.
2) Do you have any other processes on your computer or devices on your network that could be using up bandwidth?
3) Try connecting to different regions (in the options menu).
4) Try adding exceptions for Loadout.exe in firewall and anti-virus software. (Sometimes anti-virus software includes firewall features that cause connection problems.)
5) Updating your router firmware sometimes helps.
6) Sometimes, different windowing modes (full screen, windowed) can make a difference.

I've already solved it, the problem was caused by AV software, though I also tried turning it off. Now I use other one, the game works and it's cool, GJ!

Thanks for letting us know, so we can investigate. What AV software? What did you do?

I used Avira free antivirus. I haven't tried adding an exception, but I disabled the protection instead, but that did not help. Now I use BitDefender and the game works fine.
