Hi all!

Sacred Citadel is now available on Steam. Hurray! Unfortunately I've seen reports of people having issues with the game. To speed up the process of resolving those issues and let everyone just have fun playing the game, it would really help to get as detailed reports as possible. We're working on getting these issue fixed!

We'll be looking at the Community Hub discussions but if you have specific issues as described below, please use this thread as a central location for giving us your feedback! The better the feedback, the more info we will have to fix things.

Update 1: An update to resolve issues with multiplayer has been pushed to Steam. Restart your Steam client if the update is not starting automatically

GreenManGaming key issues
We are working with GMG to resolve this. If you have a problem with a key received from GMG, please contact them directly.

Crashes
Please describe where it crashed and if you were playing solo or co-op, online or offline. Any additional info like your character class or level helps, if you remember! Your OS (Windows XP, Windows 7, etc.) and PC system specs would also be beneficial.

Multiplayer issues
Any details you can give us will help us get this resolved as soon as possible. The error it gives you, what level(s) it happens in, at what stage of the game, which act, etc. PC specs also help here!

Controller issues
Any wired Xbox 360 controller should work without any problems. For other USB controllers, these should also work but providing the controller model will help, as well as the exact problem.

Crashes/Multiplayer

Please describe where it crashed: 3 times on start of Co-op, twice when hosting. Usually crashes within seconds of starting, once before we even loaded.

(online)Co-op only, I haven't had any crashes on single player yet.

(online)Co-op: started a map hosted by someone else, all the background art was a shadow, and the walkmesh for the floor was gone and it was a black pit that we could not pass. Tried double jumping to get over it, but it went on forever.

Character levels: started new characters. After crashing twice, I hosted two games in a row, picking act 1 (tavern start as you normally would as a level 1) and immediate crash.

NOTE: I run a 3 screen "Eyefinity" system, but this game runs in a window, and I have no problem with single screen 1920x1080 games. I do not believe this is associated with my display setup. The game runs fine in single player.

multiplayer is bugged, like in act1, the ground just dissapears and you fall down and get respawned while loosing a little health, or the camera just stops ....the game didnt crash yet, but the mp is totally broken.
the online portion of the mp, havent tried local coop yet

I have run across a bug that wont let me progress past the second mission in act 4.
In the Lost Metropolis (I think that is what it was called) mission there is a part where two soliders just run across the whole screen and I can't hit them or do anything to them,
there is just one of those black horned goats that I can kill but then nothing happens and I can't go forward, I'm pretty sure I was supposed to kill those soldiers too but they just ran away.
I think I can still hear their footsteppes but I have waited for 5 minutes on that screen and nothing happened.
Is this a place to report all bugs or just crashes? Because I've noticed a few bugs in the game that are pretty annoying.

Will you release a patch that adds 1920 x 1080 resolution option to the game menu?
Shaman tackle attack (standard one, not improved) only works from left to right, and not in the opposite direction.

Haven't had any problems - first time playing it with 2 player co-op while using a Wired Xbox 360 controller. Worked flawlessly.
However, just the resolution selection - I use 2560x1600.. only one to choose was 1600x760 or something.. ~ :|

is there no support for mouse buttons?
playing solo co-op game crashed mid-way in Sailor's Rest act 2.

In your inventory or Library? If you meant Library, click Install. If you gifted it to yourself, you should still be able to redeem it on your own account. If it's greyed out and doesn't let you do anything with it, contact Steam support because that is just really weird.
that tips which are given during the levels was supposed to stay on the screen the entire level? This happens with the potions tips, they don't disapper even when using the potion the tip gave. Is it a bug or not?

The game is good so far, I'm in atc 3, but until now, all the online experience that I could enjoy was less than 1 minute in the tavern before lost conection, I can't even join or people join me to begin to play. Always get "failed to join" or they just go away in the character selection.
I read the conection is P2P so I will only be able to play with people from same region?
Bug #1: When you get a new tip (ie: Press < to Attack), the tooltip never goes away until you clear the level. After you get the tip this no longer happens for that specific tip.

Bug #2: Sometimes when riding monsters, you get knocked off and can still control the monster but also able to attack with your character simultaneously.

Bug #3: Sometimes after getting knocked down, upon getting back up your character will seem to run in place for 2-3 seconds and you cannot attack during this time.

Bug #4: Sometimes when you knock down an enemy with the Ranger, you're able to repeatedly attack with the first weapon only and this prevents the enemy from getting up. It's kind of cheesy, so I have used it on harder enemies. Still, I believe it is a bug and should be fixed.
