FM13 not loading

I have installed FM13 both via steam and on the disc. It will not load up. The error says 'Application already running' I have deleted and reinstalled, have closed AVG security, installed Microsoft security, cleared Cache, and everything else suggested, but still will not load. Can anyone help (FM12 worked no problem)

look on the Not working !!!!!!!! a reprisenative from sports international put a link to a fix that might help you all though it does not me i lost my game from account

Try uninstalling AVG as it may be conflicting- worth reading this - http://www.sigames.com/faq/fm13.php?id=56

I have tried this but it wont completly uninstall
