Not Working ! ! ! ! ! !

woke up this morning, clicked football manager 2013 and it loaded steam up saying "Add to cart 29.99" even though i bought the full boxed version!!!?? tried to re-install it and it says the activation key has already been used by an existing steam account.... does anybody have any ideas as to whats up with it? Fuming :/

I bought the dvd box set yesterday and done the install on steam also played it for few hours, after i woke this morning and found it disappear on my steam game libary, then i reinstall the game, it told me the cd key is already been used....what the.....I am from Hong Kong
