It's getting worse...

So the pattern for the whole CM/FM franchise has been: 1) ♥♥♥♥ on release. 2) Gets better with each update. 3) Decent/good game after last patch.

However, this year, the game seems to be getting worse after every patch. The match engine in particular was horrible to start with and now is getting worse. I've stopped playing in 3D ME because just about every goal I score/concede looks really dodgy. Players standing around, one man dribbling through 4-6 opposition players with ease, injuries galore, goalkeepers mistakes(so many!!!!!)etc. Playing in 2D doesn't stop the dodginess but helps to hide most of the ME flaws.

It's not only the ME either.

AI team management is awful. AI teams buy boatloads of players for ridiculous money and then don't bother playing them. Hardly any squad rotation.

Contract negotiations are a pain the ♥♥♥. Every player wants a 300% increase in wages/bonuses with no room to negotiate.

Player attributes suffer huge losses for no apparent reason even when not injured.

Most players have poor morale even after long winning runs.

Team talk reactions are comepletely broken. For example, if I'm leading by 3 goals at H/T and I tell the players they are doing well most of them get complacent and play like rubbish for rest of match. If I tell the players not to get complacent, most of them starting throwing a hissy fit and play like rubbish for the rest of the match.

I'm hoping that FM 2014 turns out to be better then this steaming pile of poop. However if they screw me over in that game too, I won't be buying FM's ever again.

Mate i second that. The whole morale thing especially, it happens to me every year. The injuries just spoil the game. Not even for the young players that i have on my team but young players around the world, so you can get some sort of challenge.

Anyone that is pleased with this years FM is probably trying to kiss arse to get a free copy next year or something.

I woke up this morning and got anothing update to the one i just got two days ago. What the hell ?

This is the only fm I have disliked it seems it was released to be a cash grabber was no where near ready for a gold release ,just poor in every way possible from match engine to stupid news items like upgrading the stadium to bring more fans in so what happens they put ti extra seats in I kid you not lol....just daft

If someone told me a game has had 8 updates in 4-5 months, without even playing it i would know its failing
