Paid 30 Quid wont even download
So i bought fm13 last night and went to load up steam on my macbook pro, firstly i got hit by steam freezing on a checking for updates screen, then when I get around that (by downloading a version of steam which inc. all of the updates) I get a bunch of empty windows ( Store, News and Community) and when i go to libary and click install nothing happens. Im on a 50mb connection and never have any problems ran through endless amount of "FIXES" on the forum and am now stuck 30 quid down and unable to download it through the app. Cheers Steam surely they have to sort a refund

Have you got any antivirus software running?

Have you raised a support ticket with Steam? A number of Mac users have had similar issues in the past, so someone at support might know something.

yeah i did it on wednesday still no reply :( which is a shame I really wish steam had a help line or a live chat option I think with this many users a tech support upgrade is needed

Why would you pay £30 when the game is cheaper to buy on disc????
