I tried something and it work for me my Xbox 360 controller would not work it would just yaw to the left all the time so I tried a ps3 controller no yaw to the left but could not pitch or roll so I keep both controller plug in to my computer and no yaw to the left I can now play the game with my Xbox 360 controller you may need to bind the buttons in the option menu I also deleted all files in the inputconfig folder but one (Aviator for Playstation 3 PC.db) not shore if this was necessary as I had deleted the files before I tried both controller at the same time

Ah well...game is still useless if you use a Logitech switched to X-Input. Logi's triggers are analogue where as XBox's are digital.

So double pressing the right trigger for afterburner can't be accomplished because you can't press the RT twice quick enough.

And the RT game pad setting can not be changed. It's forced assigned in the game's executable.

I'll probably uninstall again. There are plenty of better Ace Combat like games out there for PS2
