Should I play 400 Days?
Just wondering whether it will largely affect how season 2 plays out for me, or if there is anything that happens in season 2 that will be better explained if I play 400 Days. Do you recommend it? That kind of thing :P Opinions?

I haven't started Season 2 yet, but have read that what you do in 400 days does impact it. I imagine it will decide on the characters you encounter in Season 2. Anyways, I have played 400 days and although each person's story is short, it's still pretty fun to play. I would go ahead and play it, that way there's more an impact on which characters you do encounter in Season 2 (if that's the case). Since you're Clementine in Season 2, there are some characters you really wouldn't want to encounter from 400 days in Season 2.

It felt kinda short, but It was very fun! You have to make tough dessissions without having so much backgroud, so I'll be funny to see how if affects season 2. If you finally get it, I hope you should enjoy as much as I. BR!

It's simple - go get it if you enjoy this game.

400 days is just the story of others survivors.

It's very short; probably less than one full episode. I have completed it for the achivements also and it was quite a nice experience meeting other characters with their personal stories. 400 days will impact on season two apparently but I don't know how significantly. Perhaps you'll meet a few of these characters in the new season? Certainly nice to have a heads-up on them so if you own the DLC; definitely play it.

You should play it. It's like bite-sized episodes, you make 1-2 tough choices with each of 5 characters, it's pretty cool imo.

I doubt it'll affect season 2 much tho. Since not everybody has it, and with TTG's history of killing off characters right after they make you care for them, I'd say it'll just be a walker with the models of whoever your 400 days choices screwed here and there.

I'm just on episode V of Walking Dead and wondering if i should play 400 days before Season 2? Suggestions, opinions?

I think 400 days will play a roll later on down season 2. There has been a picture or two of Clem and the black kid standing by each other, maybe fake, but i think they will connect.

I enjoyed playing the 400 days DLC, but then again, I bought it for €1,25 on sale. In my opinion, the choices you made in season one should have an effect on you in 400 days. Eitherway, you play 5 (or 6) different characters in the 400 days DLC which I disliked, as you don't get to bond with anyone. The entire bonding is what made seasons 1-5 so succesfull, I believe. In other words, it doesn't really matter whether you've played episodes 1-5 you can still play 400 days and enjoy it. If you've got the money to.
Hi Jan 6 @ 9:23am
I bought it on day one for full price and don't regret it, but TWD goes on sale often enough that I would recommend waiting for that ~$1 sale.
