Steam Family Sharing the Walking Dead S1 on same computer: save game problem

Just curious if anyone had the same issue. I played and beat the game last year and now my girlfriend would like to play the game on her steam account, on the same computer. She first started playing it on her computer last week, no problems there.

However, when she boots up the game on my desktop, it still shows my completed save game file even while she's in her account. It doesn't look like the game can understand Family Sharing with two accounts on the same computer.

It's a rather complex usage scenario but maybe other people have run into this?
