SAVE FILES KEEP GETTING DELETED HELP!!!!!! TELLTALE FIX THIS PLEASE

ok so i just bought season two for the walking dead. i go to play it and it says it cannot find any save files from season 1. i go to play season 1 to see whats wrong. all my save files were deleted! so i decide to play it ALL over again. i make it to episode 1 and i go to bed i come back and its deleted AGAIN. so i do it all over again still it just keeps getting deleted i looked it up and tried everything but it just still gets deleted! someone please tell me how to fix this!

It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ man, I don't know how many times I have tried to complete this game. It's either your saves get deleted or your choices don't carry through. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ had enough. So sick of playing through episode 1 again and again.

i lost all my saves when i downloaded the dlc.
try making a copy of your saves folder when you log off. and i think you need to send in a ticket about it instead of posting in the forum.
